Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Georgia
Restraining Order
I have been harassed by my ex-boyfriend for the last couple of months even after repeated requests not to contact me or my family in any way. I would like to get some type of restraining order to prevent him from harassing me in the future but was told that I cannot do that b/c there has not been any physical threats. Because there has not been any past violence or threat of violence, what type of option do I have available to legally prevent him from contacting me?
