Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Georgia

My sister's boss is sexually harassing her. Everyday that she works he stares at her bottom and touches her and makes inappropriate comments. We have suggested that she quits but she says that she needs the money and my dad says to brng a recorder or something to record him being a creep and sue him....But I don't know. She has came home and cried multiple times.

So, should we sue him without it being a lot of money, or without her quitting?

1) There is no state law prohibiting sexual harassment by private employers. However, private employers with 15 or more employees must comply with Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VII), which prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex, including sexual harassment (42 USC 2000e et seq.)
