Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Georgia
understanding defendants objection to plaintiffs request
plaintiff request that defendant, 'no name'' company is located in a certain county. Defendant's response is, defendant objects to request on the grounds that the same is vague and presumes without foundation the exsistent of a legal entity incorporated as, ''no name company. am I to understand that ''no name co.'' is denying its exsistance?
