Legal Question in Social Security Law in Georgia

Prior application

If you filed for disability approximatey a year ago, and were denied, but have since developed a different condition, should you appeal the denial, or start all over by filing again? This condition was included on the original application, but was not the ''primary'' health problem, as a matter of fact, I had just developed this condition when I applied, and since then, I have had 5 different surgeries in one year's time for this condition.
