I am filing a refund claim for school tax I paid on my property tax bill with Superior Court. I have been on disability since 2003 and paid my entire property tax bill but found out I did not owe the school tax I filed a refund with the tax commissioner and they refused to give me a refund and said to file a claim with Superior Court so I went to Superior court to fill out the papers but the person told me she could not help me they are not allowed to give out advise. From what I read I just need to file out a refund request form on my own and there is no claim form to file. My question is do I just type up a request form and take to Superior Court and is it $70.00 to file the refund request if not how much does it cost to file the refund request form with Superior Court?

No one here knows any facts about your issue, why you are entitled to a refund, why you did not get it, etc. Rarely are simple "forms" adequate for a superior court case. As far as fees, only the Court clerk can tell you what the filing fees are (they are certainly allowed to do that) -- no one here even knows your county, or what you need to file based on facts. Perhaps there is a legal aid office in your city or county that can help you out.
