Legal Question in Tax Law in Georgia

Online Gift Clubs
I recently recieved an e-mail that invited me to join an online gift club. They tell me that they are a private club and everything is legal and I can make a lot of money. The idea is that I give a gift of $50 to my ''sponsor'' per month.
Then, I then recruit more members to the club that in turn pay me $50 per month. I also am required to send monthly financial Assistamce statements and non solicitation forms.I am tempted to join this club. My question is, is this club truly legal as they say? Also, if I recieve any gifts from this activity, are they taxable?

Quite illegal. Refer this to your state's attorney general and under no circumstances get involved in this scam.
