tax liens and losing everything
We need immediate help and guidance.... we now have a 160,000 tax lien on us, almost 2 months behind on home, cars, bills, etc..... we have two small children, I have been trying to find a job to help but with gas prices, is had to find a job that pays enough to make any money, my husband has had his own concrete co. for 20 years, and now his work is practically gone..... building a house in GA. with the economy is unheard of or the competion beats him out for pennies...... what should we do??????

You have several issues. Someone experienced in tax issues might be able to help you negotiate something with the IRS, depending on the nature of the taxes, when returns were filed, etc. Obviously, that might not help with the other bills and problems. As you mention, the first option is for both of you to work. Beyond that, a last resort might be a bankruptcy lawyer.
