2001 accident no insurance lein still on licence in 2006
I was in an accident in 2001. I was found to be at fault. There was an outstanding balance due to the other party which was never paid (I didn--name removed--have a cent to give to him)a lein was placed on my licence. Now I want to get it reinstated and The gentlemans Phone#'s on file with the state are no longer valid. What is the next step to get the reinstatement?Pay Fines? Take a class? Please Help

The only two ways to possibly remove it that I can think of are a signed release from the person you owe, or a bankruptcy.
