If convicted or pleading, you will likely get your license suspended, get a stiff fine (which could be up to $2000 plus surcharges), may be sent to driving school and will also probably will pay an extra $200 super speeder fine to the state. You can also possibly receive jail time (the maximum would be one year - or two if you were ticketed both for the speeding and the reckless). When you do get your license back, your insurance rates will jump. The answer varies by court and facts, so there is no one answer that will be correct here.
Under 21 drivers absolutely need to retain counsel before court, Depending on the court and the facts, a lawyer might save your license or get you a better disposition that you can get representing yourself. You should get a lawyer ASAP.
