Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia
My 18 year old son was issued a speeding ticket for going 61 in a 35 mph school zone. (This is his first traffic violation). The officer claimed he requested an accuracy check, but he actually refused the accuracy check that was offered. Will this help his case?

That is a question for a very good traffic lawyer in the area of the violation, hired to handle the case. A lawyer will cost a fraction of the years of potentially huge insurance costs, fines, possibly license restrictions, etc.
