Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia
I was arrested last night for driving on a suspended license... i was also given a citation for failure to maintain lane...
Im planning to pleade nolo contendere for suspended license and not guilty for the failure to maintain lane because he had me recorded from the second he got behind me... i want to see the tape cause i guarantee i didnt go over the line.. AT ALL.... my question is, is pleading nolo to driving on suspensio a good idea? or should i just plead guilty..... and is there mandatory jail time aside from being in there 6 hours last night.... will i be able to plead out of jail time for community service??

You are facing a possibility of up to $2000 in fines, plus court costs, and up to two years in jail. Although you may well do better, you need to hire counsel.
