Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia
I was arrested for suspended license no insurance and expired tags. When i went to court the judge dismissed case. Why is this still on my record?

I don't think he "dismissed" your case. What is more likely is that they gave you credit for time served and released you on time served. This meant you did not have to pay any more fine or serve any more jail time. You can go to the clerk's office in the county where you had your case and ask for a copy of the Judge's Order and you will see exactly what the sentence of the court was. If they entered and order for "Nolle Prosequi", then it should be off your record. If there is anything else (Guilty or No Contest) it stays on your record.
