Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia
I attempted to renew my Drivers License in Georgia and I was told that I had a speeding ticket in North Carolina in 1989, and my license will not be able to renew until I pay all fines to North Carolina, what is the statue of limitation for a speeding ticket.

Ask NC lawyers, not GA lawyers, about NC laws. Better yet, take care of the ticket so you can get your license, as you should have done in 1989.

It is probably for life. Pay the ticket.
