Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia
auto accident
Me,my two children and boyfriend where in an auto accident in georgia we are from florida, the other person was found at fault by the investigator and state trooper,she rear ended us and also hit us in the driver side, we where all wearing seat belts but we have all substained injuries,who is liable for our medical bills and my car which is totaled, and if it is her insurance how do i file a claim my boyfriend and son where injured worse than myself and my other son who was in a car seat. and would we have any legal claim to file a lawsuit against her or her insurance. i know nothing about the legal system or how it works so any advice would be greatly appreciated. also i dont think my boyfriend had any insurance on the vehicle he was driving cause he just bought it thank you
