Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia
When backing out of my driveway, I bumped into my neighbors truck, I was given a ticket. It cost $205.00 for improper backing.
Why was he not charged for blocking my driveway? (My car is constantly blocked in by this family)

Ask the officer who investigated, not an internet website. It still doesn't get you out of your ticket.

Your remedy, if he blocks your driveway, is to call the police and get him ticketed and towed away, not to back into him. Not only will you owe for that ticket, but you (or your insurance) will have to repair his truck. When you back into someone, you are negligent and you are usually going to get a ticket.
