Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia
My boyfriend was driving my car. The car and insurance are in my mother's name. he bumped into another car in the next lane to him. he says there is a small dent in the other car but other dents from another accident the other driver was in...will my insurance pay for the small dent? and can we prove this accident didnt cause the other dents? Also will my parent's premiums go up?

There's no way we can answer here.
None of us have seen the policy to know if your boyfriend was covered driving that car. As for proving who caused what ding, that is up to the insurance company and not you.
