Citation valid when no signature of accused?
Three traffic citations issued following auto accident while accused underwent treatment in hospital. Officer failed to get signature of accused on any of the three citations. Valid argument? Case pending. Your prompt response is greatly appreciated.

The ticket is an accusation, and there will be circumstances where the case can be pursued without a signature. In fact, the city or state could draft a complete new accusation to replace the ticket/UTC.
