Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia
I was cited for violation of Georgia's move over law.
I could not get over due to traffic, so I slowed to less than 55 mph in a 70 mph zone.
How should I fight the ticket.
Also how can the fine be $750 when the DMV says the max fine is 500?.

Hire a good criminal lawyer.
Note that the state adds over 20 surcharges to most criminal fines, so the $500 fine easily can grow to a much larger number.
