Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia
im going to court for following to closely in cobb county georgia.no points on my license,should i plead not guilty or just pay the fine.ive plead nolo in 07' so thats out.any help?

You can plead "Nolo" or "No Contest" to a moving violation once every 5 years in Georgia. Since you plead "Nolo" in 07 you wouldnt be able to plead no contest to the "following to close" charge you are facing in Cobb County. Your best bet would be to see if you could get the charge reduced to a non-moving violation. This would involve discussions with the prosecutor and approval by the judge. A lawyer might be of help but there is no guarantee
