Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia
I have to go to court in Roswell Georgia for a violation of overtaking and passing a school bus. I did not overtake the school bus rather i passed it in the opposite direction on a 5 lane highway. Can i plead guilty with an explanation pointing out the discrepancy as to how the violation was worded?

Improper passing of a school bus carries one of the highest point totals possible, and can be devastating to your insurance rates. There are specific rules for passing on multi-lane highways, so at least meeting with an attorney to go over the details could be well worth your while financially. And remember, paying the ticket is the same as a guilty plea.
