Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia
daughter was allowed to plead nolo for stop sign at age 17 . She received another moving violation ( not speeding) and license suspended . What is recourse?

There isn't one. She has learned a valuable lesson. When you get a ticket you need a lawyer. A lawyer would have told her why NOT to plead nolo and to work out something different, possibly a pretrial diversion. It doesn't help to wait and look for a lawyer after court. As her parents you should have done that for her before court.
