Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia
My daughter got a speeding ticket. It is a four point offense. She is not 21 years old but will be in Jan. 2012. Is there a way for her to not get her license suspended in the state of GA?
She has for one continuance, Can she ask for more?

She needs a lawyer. Let me stress that. She NEEDS a lawyer.
Do NOT let her appear in court without one.
We don't have the detailed facts, but in many cases of under 21 drivers a lawyer can be very helpful in saving a license. And almost every day, people who instead bring their parents to court (but no lawyer) mess up and lose their license.
