Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia
I was driving home from work last night around one in the morning and got pulled over for going 59 in a 45, although it was a 50 before I even passed him. I have had offenses before, one being an accident but no points on my license due to attending traffic school, then anther speeding ticket about a month back. I plan on going to court once again for my ticket a month back just in efforts to reduce the charges. At this point, I am just worried about insurance. Is there any way I could get my ticket I received last night dropped without getting a lawyer involved?

Tickets don't just get dropped by themselves. When you have multiple traffic cases, you need a lawyer to determine how to best deal with them.
