What effect would a "No Contest" plea have for a 17 year old for a Move Over Law citation?

It would be extremely foolish for any under 21 driver to make ANY plea without a lawyer. A misstep may mean a suspension now, or a suspension on a future ticket. There often will be better options than the one you mention, depending on the court and the facts of a case. When you get a serious ticket, seeing a lawyer matters.
