Extridition
I would like to know if the state of GEORGIA extridites for failer to appear in court for driving on a suspended license?

GA law does allow for extradition pursuant to a charge of Driving on a Suspended License. However, extradition is a complex and expensive process for the state. The bottom line is just how motivated the prosecutor handling the suspended license charge is. It's quite possible the prosecutor's office would not want to undertake the effort and expense to extradite one accused of this type of misdemeanor. I would be very surprised if they did.
