Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia
What is the best way to fight a speeding ticket if you feel the officer is in violation of the speed trap laws? I received a ticket in Dekalb County GA, Conley 30288, for going 66 in a 45. It was night time and the officer was hidden behind a wall and some bushes, and I do not recall his lights being on.
