Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia
Financed a car thru credit union. It's been about 2 months and I haven't received registration and credit union hasn�t received title. The used dealership has left the premises.
Credit union is threatening me saying I will have to pay whole loan amount in 30 days if they do not receive title.
What do we do? They can have the car, but I guess they can't do much without the title.

Go to the DA and file a criminal complaint against the seller.
