Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia
Hello,
I am a Georgia Resident and reside in Telfair County. I have a questions concerning the conduct of the local law enforcement. I am a fire fighter and I have a scanner in my vehicle. Is it legal for the police to run your tag if you have not broken any traffic laws, also if they pull you over can the remove all occupants and search them with probable cause?

It is legal to run tags at random.
