Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia
Guilty or nolo
My 17 yr son was stopped for speeding 74 in 30 and wreckless driving - peds on sidewalk on secondary rd near our house. The fines will stand but what should he plea in recorders court that will be of less harm to his record; guilty or nolo?
