Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia
if someone is being held by a jail for suspended and the set the bond but she is being transferred to another county close by my question is: Can some one be held on multiple bonds after the transfer... and if no Marianda rights were read would it be possible to get the case dropped

Most of your post makes no sense whatsoever, so repost giving all the facts so someone can answer.
The last sentence reflects a common misconception. There is no requirement to give Miranda rights on arrest. The only time police need to do them is if they plan to question a person AND use their statement at trial. In that one situation they must give them (or not use the statement).
The one thing I can tell from your post is that someone is in jail, doesn't understand Miranda and could get more jail time. That person ALREADY needs a lawyer.
