Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia

Hi,I was pulled over by an officer,saying I was doing 69 in a 55,and a tag violation saying it was face down and it wasn,t. I also wasn,t speeding.For my speeding ticket.I ask to see it to verify for myself,the officer reused,so that's why I'm not pleading guilty for that.For the tag violation,it was on the dash board facing outwards towards the window.The officer never stood on the door steps or got in my truck.The whole time he stood in front of the truck where we couldn't see it,because it was down in the crease.so tha'st a lie.Now to the big catch.There's this new CRS 2010 coming out in Nov 2010 or Jan 2011.It's a new point system that shows any violations that you got in the past 3 years.Each violation you can get point put on there.I was looking for new employment and they were able to get a copy of my CRS report from there home terminal up north,that's not yet any were in the south.On it was my two violations already with points against it,for them.My first court date isn't to Oct 25,2010.I thought I was innocent to proven guilty. I want be able to have a fair trial since I'm already guilty before I even make it to the first hearing.I'm pleading not guilty any and alway's were.Is this grounds for a dismissal.

Based on the fact that your post is completely confusing it is safe today that you are ghoing to have a very bad day in court without counsel. If we can't follow you here (and the few parts of your post I can figure out would help a prosecutor convict you), you will also do badly with a judge. Get counsel. I repeat: get counsel.
