Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia

i was involved in a car accident where there was so much shok to my body that i had recieved medical attention but was not able to remebe rimportant details for a short period of time. the arresting officer issued tickets based on hear say and later tlaked to me but informed me that he gave two tickets following too close and driving too fast for conditions. in most cases driving too close means you dont have enough time to think, or act and generally an impact is occurred in the rear of the vehicles not the front or from the driver door forward how do i try to beat these tickets since the officer issused tickets befoere he actually taked too me
