Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia
I was involved in a car accident in another state in college, it wasn't my car but I was the driver. Is it still my responsibility to pay or is it the car owners responsibility? I can't renew my license because they want to put me on a payment plan to pay off the other involved car fees. I dont want to have to pay for something if I its not my responsibility

Of course it's your responsibility. And unless you broke the law and drove without insurance, a crime, you should have called your insurance, which would have paid. Since I gatehr you didn't, you get to pay in full. There is one way out - if the accidentw as not a DUI - you can likely go bankrupt, eliminate the debt, and eliminate the lifetime license suspension.
