Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia
A judge witnessed me passing a car illegally and got my tag information. The next day an officer gave me a ticket for passing that car. Is that legal? No cop so me do that, is the judge aloud to make a cop give me a ticket based on something he saw while leaving his house?
