Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia
Jusry trail for a Speed Ticket?
Got a Ticket for driving 52 in 35 miles Zone; Cop used a Radar. I don’t think I was driving at that speed might be 10 miles above the limit. I have pulled my 7-year driving history and I have any one violation in March 2004 where I pleaDed NOLO. I am just worried that that second ticket may spoil my 5-year good driving record insurance premium that I am currently getting
Went to court and tried to negotiate with DA for zero points (below 14 miles limit). He would not agree. I got a continuance. Is this worth fighting at a Jury trail? Do I need a lawyer?

Re: Jusry trail for a Speed Ticket?
get a lawyer for the speed reduction. You will not win a jury trial without an attorney. He should be able to get the speed lowered
