Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia
Is it legal for a convicted felon while still incarcerated to drive a semi-tractor trailer thru-out the state of GA. The felon was convicted of domestic abuse and drug dealing. The felon was licensed with a CDL, but I felt unsafe and uncomforable working with him,. The specific agency I work with was Ga Correctiona Industries.

How can someone drive while incarcerated? Rather than question whether something is "legal" since no one here knows all facts and apparently it is the case that the person is driving, you should address your employment issues with the people you work with.
