Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia
Is it legal for an officer to be sitting on private property (a citizen's driveway) running radar or otherwise observing for traffic violations?(in the state of GA)

His doing so doesn't affect the legality of a ticket, if that is your real unasked question.
If your question is could the driveway owner possibly prosecute the officer for trespass (after warning the officer to leave), that answer is yes.

The officer would be trespassing if he's doing so without permission from the property owner. Doesn't necessarily that any tickets the cop gives from the that aren't legal.
