Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia
I live in Ga and under 40-8-77 I keep getting pulled over and told I have a bumper on my 1989 Chevy s-10 pickup it doesn't read that way to me.

Your post makes absolutely no sense.
You say you are being pulled over because you have a bumper? If that is true, and the bumper is OEM, the officer is wrong and you should go to court.
However, if you do NOT have a bumper (and your post claims you do), pickup trucks are required to have bumpers and if you keep driving with yours missing, life is going to get expensive from all those tickets. In that case, go to a body shop and get your bumper put back on.
