Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia
I live in a neighborhood and the streets are privately owned by the HOA. The HOA has recently decided to start towing cars that are parked on the street. Can they do this, legally, if there are no signs displayed stating that parking on the street will get you towed? There are no street signs in the neighborhood at all. Thank you for any help you can provide.

Look at the Covenants and By-Laws ("Rules"). Those Rules should/will mention what type of parking is not allowed. You agreed to follow their Rules when you bought your house or leased a house in that subdivision.
