Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia

I made a right turn onto a two lane highway, turning into the right lane. There were multiple police cars on the shoulder at the intersection and i was cited for the Georgia Move Over Law even though the law states that I have to merge into the right lane. What is the best defense? NOTE: the right hand merge lane only merged into the right lane. I subsequently merged into the left lane (Not sure at exactly which point) but the officer pulled out and followed me almost a mile in the left lane before pulling me over from the left lane.

What exactly do you expect to get with your second post? You can post as many details as you want, and it will do you no good because it is only your side of the story. You got the ticket. The officer will likely have a different story. Get a lawyer, or take your chances with the Judge.

The answer doesn't change just because you post twice.

You still are admitting to the offense in your own post. You have two choices. Go to court on your own and pay, or go see a lawyer.

Since lawyers know how to present a case, that may help you., Reposting here over and over won't.
