Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia
About a month ago I got pulled over & was ticketed for not wearing a seat belt that I was wearing. Even though I pointing that out to the officer I still got a ticket. I have to go to traffic court tomorrow. What is the best thing to do? I'm in GA.

The maximum fine is $15. If you feel you are right, defend your case.
