What happens when officer who writes u a ticket gets fired before your court date

It depends. If the court still subpoenas the officer you may still get prosecuted. Also, if there is independent evidence where the case can be prosecuted without him, you may also get prosecuted.
In other cases you may see the court dismiss or drop the case.
