Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia
What are my options in this case i was pulled over for driving a friends car, the friend didnt have valid insurance and tag so i got the ticket being that i was "in control of the vehilce"

If you drove a car that was not insured and didn't have a tag, then you are responsible. Under Georgia law, you cannot drive anyone's car without verifying those things first.
If you are convicted you can serve jail time, lose your license for a year, and pay a hefty fine. Get yourself a good lawyer. You have a serious charge.
