Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia
No pass zone
I was in line, waiting on a train to pass and I was 3 cars back
before my turn...nothing was coming and I proceded to the left lane
and passed the cars. there was a double yellow line. This is my
first offense, what is my options when I go to court and will I have to
pay my fine of $250.00?

You can go to court and ask the solicitor to reduce your fine or drop it all together, but a fine is more likely.
