Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia
if the police, while investigating one incident, learns while running your imformation that your license is suspended are they required to inform you, especially if they are aware that the person intends to drive away after the incident is resolved? Also, is it a form of entrapment if they use this information about the suspended license and pull the person over moments after leaving the site of the previous incident. (Less than two minutes of pulling away. Distance less than 100 yards, in a school zone.)

Instead of trying to be "clever" and justify driving off knowing your license is suspended, be worried that you could go to jail and get a lawyer ASAP. No, you were not entrapped.
I'm sure you can google the definition of entrapment and see the fallacy of your theory. Also, how exactly did you get to the location in the first place?
