Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia
i was pulled over by dot in georgia , i recieved a ticket for open container, im a commerical driver, i wasnt drinkin, it belonged to my helper, it was in a bottle with the lid on it in a cooler with a screw on lid but the officer gave me a ticket for open container in a commerical vehicile,, i live in virginia, what can they do? how can i beat this ticket?

Drivers are generally responsible for what happens in the vehicle. Otherwise, alcohol would always belong to the passenger. You contest the ticket by going to court on the date provided. Given this might be your livelihood, you need a lawyer.
