Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia
I received a following too closely ticket in Georgia (O.C.G.A 40-6-49) where no traffic accident occured. The weather was 80 and sunny with no water/road impediments, and both I and the car in front of me were traveling barely above the speed limit (52 in a 50). Should i contest this ticket?

You left out the only detail that matters (how many car lengths were between the two cars). At that speed on a sunny day it should be at least 5 car lengths according to most safety experts.
