Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia
I received a ticket for failure to register my car, but my temporal tag was still valid, even though the officer claimed my insurance showed i've had the car for more than 30days. i explained to him, i got the insurance hoping to pick up the car on that date, but only picked up the car after i got my license and that's when the temporal tag was given. he claimed i also needed to have my vin number on the temporal tag. what will be the outcome in court?

No one can predict the outcome in court, but your story will sound very fishy. Since you have to pay for every day of insurance, few people are likely to keep (and not cancel) a policy in the situation you describe. Also, no car insurer is going to sell you insurance without a driver's license.
In any event, the one thing you didn't mention is the document that would have mattered most, the bill of sale (and the title application). The date on those documents matters a great deal.
