Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia
I received a traffic ticket for running a red light. The ticket has the wrong date for the offense and also contained the wrong court date. Can I argue not guilty because of the date issue?

Sure, you can argue whatever you want. Only one opinion will matter.

Yes, but be aware that the citation is an accusation, and, if you object, can be redrawn. So a motion based on the grounds you state could simply result in the case taking longer. It doesn't guarantee a dismissal.
