Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia
Recently I was clocked by Georgia state patrol doing 81 MPH in a 55 MPH zone. I am also just a few months shy of my 21st birthday and I know traffic laws in this state are rediculous for anyone under 21. I just need to know if I have any hope in saving my license. I do not live close to my job and losing my license would make it nearly impossible to get to work and possibly lose my apartment and newborn daughter. Is there any chance of me being able to avoid losing my license?

If you get a lawyer the chances improve greatly. (Depending on facts you didn't post you also may risk penalties as a Super Speeder).
A lawyer may be able to negotiate a speed reduction, dismissal, deferred disposition or other outcome that would preserve a license. Different courts react differently, so you want a lawyer that regularly practices in the court where you are going.
